Former senior executive with Dow-Schlumberger in Mid East, North Africa, South America & Europe. Bank & Government advisor in project finance and due diligence. GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Gordon Thomson . British, Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (and first prize winner 1996) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. With over 15 years financial experience Gordon has since 2000 directed companies within industry in their financial responsibilities in the UK and Asia (Hong Kong, China and now the Philippines).

DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: Steve Waterfield . is a British national with 35 years of professional experience in the development, construction, operation and maintenance of international power generation assets and over 20 years technical, commercial and operational management experience in South East Asia.

DIRECTOR: Grace Yeneza . Filipina. Over 25 years experience in corporate planning, policy formulation, project development, and program management, 20 years of which, was focused on the energy sector, particularly electrification and renewable energy. Ms. Yeneza is a Founding member and Managing Director of Preferred Energy Inc. (PEI), a Philippine NGO that initiates and supports sustainable development efforts and investments in renewable energy and other clean development projects in the country.

DIRECTOR: Alberto Dalusung III . Filipino. 27 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, from energy policy and planning to project execution, particularly, renewable energy projects. Former Director of Planning Services of the Department of Energy. He led in the country’s initiatives to develop indigenous geothermal and hydropower resources.

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER: Maribeth de Montaigne . Filipina. 16 years experiance in Community Development and Renewable Energy as well as coordinating Government and Major International Institutions working with her Husband David in Europe, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, North America and the Philippines.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Alex Worrall . British . Qualified Accountant and senior industrial Director for 30 years. Career with Ford at European Headquarters, ICI in mergers and acquisitions and for 20 years as Finance Director of Tallent Engineering. In 2003 appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Thyssen Krupp UK plc, responsible for 52 subsidiaries, turnover of £1.6 billion and 8,000 employees. Founder Director and shareholder then Finance Director of D1 Oils biodiesel company, leading stock market listing in 2005. In 2006 he was appointed Chairman of Helius Energy, UK developer of biomass power stations. Led Helius' successful London stock-market listing, fund-raising and major project partnership with RWE of Germany. Leader in renewable, clean energy and the development of the biomass power station industry in Europe.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Cornelio (Leo) Abuda . Filipino. Senior Partner of Abuda Asis Associates law firm. Former Partner and Head of Banking, Energy and Finance group, Quisingbing Torres (member firm of Baker McKenzie International) after work with SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (largest law firm in the Philippines). Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1991.

HEAD OF PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: John Cesar B. Santos holds more than 20 years of significant experience in the energy/environment policy & planning fields, project management & development, communications & research, and events’ management. Highlights of his career were working for the UK-Department of Trade and Industry and the World Energy Council on the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Energy Project, for the EC-ASEAN Cogen3 Programme, for USAID and Winrock International’s AMORE Program and for the Jakarta-based ASEAN-EC Energy Management Training & Research Centre (AEEMTRC), the predecessor of the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE).

Mr. Santos holds a Masters Degree on Energy and Environmental Economics from the Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei in Milan, Italy. He successfully completed a Chevening Fellowship Award from the British Council and the UK Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) for a 3-month intensive training course on Energy Efficiency at the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development of De Montfort University in Leicester, England.
