Global Green Power PLC Corporation (“GGPC”):

GGPC is a Philippine Company that develops BIOMASS grid connected, decentralized, renewable energy power plants utilizing sustainable biomass resources such as agricultural crop and food processing wastes. GGPC does not use biomass that competes with the human food chain. GGPC has engaged with Poyry Energy Inc. part of Poyry PLC the fourth largest engineering company in the world to deliver Engineering Procurement and Construction ("EPC") services that guarantees the performance and timely delivery of GGPC biomass power plants. Key technology is provided by the Dragon Power Group's DP CleanTech and operations are supported by Dragon Power's National BioEnergy. National BioEnergy ("NBE") currently owns and operates 19 biomass power plants in China that deliver 400 MWe of electricity. NBE are concurrently building an additional 15 biomass power plants that will deliver an aggregate 1,000 MWe of biomass power by 2011.

GGPC has targeted the Philippines for the construction and operation of biomass power plant projects of between 17.5 to 35 megawatts of electricity (MWe). The Philippines has one of the highest electricity prices within South East Asia. The opening up of the Philippines electricity market via the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (“WESM”) called “Open Access”, the recent promulgation of the Renewable Energy Act and the abundance of readily available biomass as a fuel source makes the Philippines one of the most attractive markets for renewable biomass power generation, globally.

Wherever GGPC builds a biomass power plant, the money previously extracted from the community to purchase foreign fossil fuels such as oil and coal to provide power are instead injected back into the local community. This is achieved through GGPC's purchase of biomass agricultural wastes to use as an alternative fuel source that displaces conventional fossil fuel power generation. These farming wastes are generally burnt or left to rot in the fields. The sustainable purchase of agricultural waste is environmentally friendly and provides a significant additional income to the local farming and host community whilst mitigating climate change.
