("SEC"). GGP of the United Kingdom currently owns 40% of GGPC with 60%

GGPC develops Biomass, Grid Connected,
Decentralized, Renewable Energy Power Plants under the "Renewable
Energy Act" of the Philippines through wholly owned subsidiary
companies.
GGPC provides Research and Development, Licensing,
Investment Banking and Legal support to our subsidiary companies. GGPC
also delivers Retail Electricity Supply ("RES") and Wholesale Aggregator
("WA") electricity supply services to supply our customers.
